Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Sciences Scheduling Coordinator to join our Development and Analytical teams. As the Pharmaceutical Sciences Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, and management of operational schedules attaining to work, staff, equipment and maintenance planning for all of the formulation development and associated analytical activities taking place.
In this role you will work primarily with the Development and Analytical teams, but also Production Technical Operational and Project Management teams to ensure schedules are accurate and study demands are met. You will be responsible for the correct allocation of appropriately skilled staff, equipment and facility/labs to ensure effective delivery of studies at all times.
You will be working with a multifunctional team, therefore you will be required to work and communicate effectively across different areas of the business. Being able to build strong working relationships and to collaborate with colleagues is key to being successful in this position.
The successful candidate will have a Pharmaceutical Sciences degree and previous hands on experience in a formulation/GMP manufacture/analytical role within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will also have at least 2 years’ of planning/scheduling experience in a similar role within a fast paced environment.

- Excellent analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with team members at all levels
- Competent with using MS Excel
- Ability to manipulate spreadsheets and databases to a high standard
