The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and intelligent individual to join the Project Management team at our Reading site as a Project Coordinator.  Within the Project Management team you will work with Project manager to support in the completion of client projects to the agreed standards of quality, agreed timelines and within cost budgets.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills as in this role as the Project Coordinator you will be required to interact with clients and will also attend client meetings and calls. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of project related documents. This will include the generation of minutes, agendas and the tracking of project budgets.

Other responsibilities will include the collection and collation of project KPIs and the management of project schedules as well as general support for the Project Management group.

In this position you are required to work effectively with colleagues across all functional areas, being able to build strong working relationships and to collaborate and influence with colleagues is key.

 

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum degree level qualification or equivalent and should have a high attention to detail and accuracy and will be focused on quality delivery. Some relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical company or CDMO would be beneficial for the role.
