The Role

As a result of our ongoing growth and success, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Trials Administrator to join our Project Management group. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and talented individual who is looking to join the Project Management team. This role provides a great insight in to how clinical trials are run from set up through the entire project lifecycle and therefore is a great opportunity for candidates who want to progress their career and further their knowledge in clinical trials.  Experienced administrators are also encouraged to apply.

In this role you will report to a Senior Clinical Project Coordinator and will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the team but will also be involved in wider activities within the project management group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the Investigator Site File and Trial Master File for allocated studies.  You will also be involved in protocol release, maintenance of delegation logs and setting up of various study folders and documents and archiving of study documents. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to be involved in various other ad hoc duties to support the project management team.

This position requires the successful candidate to work effectively with colleagues across all functional areas to achieve objectives whilst maintaining good working relationships. You will be able to complete tasks in a clear, concise and timely manner and often have to use your problem solving skills.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of GCSE or ‘O’ Level English Language or equivalent. You should also have good computer literacy and excel skills and have a high attention to detail and accuracy. A life sciences degree would be advantageous but is not essential for the role.
