We have an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join our Project Management team, as a Junior Project Manager. This role will report to a Senior Project Manager. You will support with the management of complex customer projects encompassing all aspects of our service offerings (pharmaceutical sciences, clinical conduct and data sciences).
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and completion of allocated projects. You will deliver service excellence for our customers across the globe and over a range of therapeutic areas. You will develop a project plan and lead a multifunctional project team to deliver that plan to time, cost and quality.
You will be responsible for generation and/or review of key study documentation from project initiation to reporting. You will lead external and internal communications to ensure adherence to the project plan and ensure the project team has a depth of understanding of customer requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring any third party contracts needed to support are in place and ensuring appropriate oversight processes are adhered to.
To succeed in this fast-paced, delivery-driven environment you will need to be qualified to at least degree level in a life science subject and will have a minimum of 2 years’ phase 1 experience or equivalent, with a good understanding of the drug development process. Experience of pharmaceutical sciences and experience of working in the service sector would be advantageous but not essential.
You will need excellent project management, customer service, communication and financial management skills, as delivery will be your main focus. You will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, be organised and be effective at prioritising workloads.
You will need to be self-sufficient and capable of working within an environment where deadlines are critical. You will have an energetic personality with strong personal presence and lots of enthusiasm.
