The Role

Due to business growth, we have an exciting new career opportunity at our site in Nottingham for an Analytical Coordinator to join our Analytical Development Team.

This is a unique role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in different projects and interact with different clients.

Working within the Analytical Development Team, you will liaise with Analytical, Formulation, and Purchasing functions to allow efficient sample analysis within the Analytical Development Team.

This is an exciting desk-based role and would suit someone who wants to move out of the laboratory. 

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with the client and formulation colleagues to confirm consumable requirements and resolve any queries
  • Ensure all study specific consumables have been sourced and ordered
  • Draft, review and implement of all analytical methods provided by clients to Quotient templates
  • Work with Analytical Scientists to ensure any changes to methods are updated
  • Archive analytical team documentation once project is complete

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have a Degree level qualification in a science subject and / or substantial work experience within an Analytical or a QC Laboratory environment. E.g., Analytical Scientist. Previous experience with HPLC is also desirable.

We are looking for a strong analytical minded individual with great communications skills and exceptional attention to detail.

There will be great growth opportunities within the team to progress further to Senior Analytical Coordinator, Analytical Study Manager or Data Reviewer roles.

This is a full-time role however, we are happy to consider candidates on a part time basis and there will also be the flexibility to work from home 1- 2 days per week.
