The Role

Due to our continued growth and success a great opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Technician or Scientist to join our Manufacturing Operations team

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the manufacturing of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) within a cleanroom environment, according to set procedures and protocols.

You will also need to carry out routine cleaning and general maintenance duties, and perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required. 

Manufacturing scientists are required to take on study/client responsibilities.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have a Life Science Degree and/or experience of working within a GMP / Clean room environment. Experience within a similar or regulated environment such as the Food industry would also be considered.

You will be reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated as well as having excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Strong IT skills and experience of completing documentation with a high degree of accuracy is also.

You will be required to aid in the development and validation of production methods for all types of clinical study, being vigilant in both radiation and chemical safety measures to reduce the exposure of themselves and others to radiation or hazardous materials.

Flexibility is essential, as there may be a variance in daily schedules and be capable of working as part of a team as well as under their own initiative.
