The Role

We have an excellent career opportunity for a Cleanroom Technician in the GMP Compliance team (Manufacturing Operations).

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the housekeeping of Grade C and D cleanrooms. For the organisation and maintenance of the equipment and material storage areas and maintaining appropriate levels of garments / consumables for all GMP areas at Nottingham.

Task will include assisting in the clean down, set up and assembly of GMP rooms and key equipment including balances, tablet presses, flexible containment, and isolators, amongst others. Training will be provided on GMP procedures and for the setup and cleaning of all equipment.

You will contribute to the success of the business through effective support of scientific staff in Manufacturing Areas (GMP). This role is fundamental to ensuring regulatory standards are met within the manufacturing areas at Quotient Sciences.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role in a regulated industry, such as, pharmaceutical, food, manufacturing, or domestic services.
  • Experience assembling, dissembling, and setting up equipment would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/issues simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on safety and quality and a high attention to detail. Due to the nature of the role, you will be working in an environment with high requirement to follow safety procedures.
