The Role

Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. As the Clinical Scheduling Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, and management of clinical and medical rotas.

In this role you will work with the Clinical, Medical, Screening, Volunteer Recruitment and Project Management teams to ensure rotas are accurate and demand levels are met. You will be responsible for the correct allocation of appropriately skilled and qualified staff to ensure effective delivery of clinical studies and volunteer safety at all times.

You will be working with a multifunctional team, therefore you will be required to work and communicate effectively across different areas of the business. Being able to build strong working relationships and to collaborate with colleagues is key to being successful in this position.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or hold equivalent experience working in a similar role within a fast paced environment. You will have excellent analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. Your ability to manipulate spreadsheets and databases should be to a high standard as well as having excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
