The Role

Due to an increased number of projects within our Pharmaceutical Sciences department we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Analytical Scientist to join our team.

You will be responsible for all analytical testing aspects and any study day release testing for each project work you are involved in. This will also include completing all paperwork associated with this and you will be required to write analytical testing protocols, reports and laboratory write ups.

In this role you will also have direct interactions with colleagues and peers in client organisations to ensure that projects are completed to agreed timelines and standards. Therefore effective oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and attention to detail are paramount.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be Degree level qualification in Chemistry and will have a minimum of three years work experience in a Pharmaceutical Analysis role. You will also have a good knowledge of HPLC and dissolution methodologies.

You should be reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated as well as having excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Strong IT skills and experience of completing documentation with a high degree of accuracy is also a must.
