The Role

Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Sciences Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our GMP Manufacturing Operations team. As the Pharmaceutical Sciences Scheduling Co-ordinator you will be responsible for the preparation, planning, and management of operational schedules attaining to work, staff, equipment and maintenance planning.

In this role you will work with the Production, Analytical, Technical Operational, Development and Project Management teams to ensure schedules are accurate and study demands are met. You will be responsible for the correct allocation of appropriately skilled staff, equipment and facility/labs to ensure effective delivery of studies at all times.

You will be working with a multifunctional team, therefore you will be required to work and communicate effectively across different areas of the business. Being able to build strong working relationships and to collaborate with colleagues is key to being successful in this position.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or hold equivalent experience working in a similar role within a fast paced environment. You will have excellent analytical skills and high level of attention to detail. Your ability to manipulate spreadsheets and databases should be to a high standard as well as having excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
